Some pulling is normal, but discomfort is brief. Our therapists use quick, precise technique, calming wax and post-wax soothing to reduce pain. Numbing options and targeted aftercare are available to minimize irritation.

Yes—often safe with a consultation and patch test. We use sensitive formulas and adjust technique for acne-prone skin. We avoid waxing over active, inflamed cystic lesions and recommend alternatives if necessary.

Come with hair about a quarter inch long, clean and free of oils or makeup. Avoid retinoids, strong exfoliants and sun exposure 48–72 hours beforehand. Inform us of medications or recent skin treatments.

Avoid direct sun, saunas, hot showers and heavy exercise for 24–48 hours. Don’t exfoliate immediately; use gentle cleansers and fragrance-free moisturizers. Apply aloe or calming serums and avoid makeup for at least 12–24 hours.

Often yes. We can combine Full Face Wax with brow shaping, tinting or light facials. Aggressive treatments like chemical peels or IPL should be scheduled separately—consult us so we can safely coordinate timing.
